Formlabs’ biocompatible Surgical Guide Resin has passed all the tests required for use as 3D printed surgical guides for implant alignment. The resin is autoclavable and is also suitable for 3D printing drilling and device sizing templates.
Full Arch Orthodontic Model
Using the Draft Grey resin, the Form 3B is capable of printing a dental model in under 20 minutes. You can use the 200 micron setting for faster print speeds and same-day appliances, or use the 100 micron setting for more detailed models. The resultant smooth surface finish makes Draft Resin the ideal material for use in dental fabrication, for example, aligner and retainer production. With the print setup, you choose the layer thickness for your dental applications.
